What is your Privacy Policy?

We do not share, give, rent or sell your personal information to any third parties for purposes of commercial solicitation. The only time we share your information with other companies is for the purpose of filling your orders & processing payments. For example, we share your shipping address with UPS so that your order can be shipped to you.

We will only disclose customer information in instances in which the customer has granted us explicit permission to share such information, when necessary for the fulfillment of order processing, or when required to do so by law enforcement.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?

Yes, very.  Payment processing occurs on the secured portion of our website where your payment information is entered. Our site is continuously monitored by GeoTrust, enabling us to be secured by QuickSSL which utilizes the 128-bit SSL certificate, thereby offering the highest level of encryption or security possible.  This means you can rest assured that communications between your browser and this site's web servers are private and secure.

The security of your personal information and transactions is of utmost importance to us and PayPal.  PayPal's payment processing system utilizes Fraud Protection Services by leveraging the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol (notated by the "s" in https://), which provides crucial protection of online identity and security to establish trust between parties involved in e-commerce transactions. You can be assured that the information sent through your web browser stays private and confidential.

Moreover, using SSL with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available), PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit between your browser and PayPal’s servers, which are heavily guarded both physically and electronically.  These servers sit behind a monitored electronic firewall and are not connected directly to the internet, so your private information is available only to authorized computers.

Are cookies used on your site?

Our store will place a small text file called a "cookie" in the browser files of your computer. The cookie itself does not contain any personal information, although it will enable us to relate your use of themed home decor to information that you have specifically and knowingly provided.  The only personal information a cookie can contain is information that you supply yourself. A cookie can't read data off your hard disk or read cookie files generated from other sites. 

The specific use of the cookie as it pertains to themed home decor is that as you add products to your shopping cart, if you have to leave or close your connection, the next time you enter our store from that same computer, it will repopulate with what you had placed in the cart during your prior visit.  Shopping cart data, however, is only stored for one week before resetting back to null.

You can refuse cookies by turning them off in your browser. If you've set your browser to warn you before accepting cookies, you will receive the warning message with each cookie. You do not need to have cookies turned on to use our site, they are simply there to enhance your shopping experience in between visits.
